The UCC solution is a single user interface that combines several technology deployments and add-on intuitive tools that if implemented correctly can provide a rich user experience for sharing information at your desk or on the go. More importantly it can enable removal of legacy telephony. Therefore, it can contribute to significant cost savings, better ways of working through enhanced collaboration and will improve business processes.
