Bob has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecoms world and has held leadership positions for AT&T and Orange Business Services leading large outsourcing transformation and change programmes.
Bob has led programmes for end customers such as Shell, Lufthansa and Adidas.
Originally from New York, Bob moved to the United Kingdom in 1995 and more recently has led the delivery of the largest global Microsoft UC implementation to date.
Douwe has 15 years experience working in the Oil industry for Shell and Kuwait Petroleum and 20 years experience within the Telecoms Industry, working for multiple international providers such as Tele2- Verizon Business and AT&T.
His experience has primarily been in project management and delivery of complex customer network solutions one of which was the implementation of Netherlands first VPN network for the Achmea insurance group.
Recently, Douwe has managed the deployment and support teams in nearshore countries for what’s been recognized as the largest global Microsoft Unified Communications or LYNC implementation for one of worlds’ leading oil and gas companies.
Ian has an extensive background in supporting major corporate clients across various business sectors including Oil & Energy; Information Technology; Institutional Finance and Telecommunications.
Ian’s career spans over 25 years, supporting multi-nationals and working closely with them to develop and implement transformational change across their business processes and infrastructure. This included accountability and responsibility for global client portfolios at AT&T, Royal Dutch Shell, Cable & Wireless and Atos Origin.
In addition to Ian’s core strength supporting major clients he also has extensive expertise in project management, risk management and developing & implementing sourcing strategies.
Harrie has 25 years of experience in the Telecoms industry working for large national and international service providers such as KPN, Unisource and AT&T as well as global equipment manufacturers such as Nortel Networks and Ericsson.
His experience includes product management, business development and project & program management. Harrie brings extensive knowledge of migrating complex network management solutions for mobile networks and implementing legacy Voice and Voice over IP solutions.
Harrie was also a key member of the team that delivered the implementation of global Unified Communications solutions to a global energy company. Harrie was responsible for rollout of VoIP gateways across over 150 global customer locations and program managing the migration of all analogue connectivity to the Unified Communications infrastructure.
With over 20 years experience within the Telecoms industry, Am has worked for many major service providers such as AT&T, Cable & Wireless and Siemens.
Am has extensive experience in delivering major transformation programmes for large multinational customers involving significant complexity and risk. He has been fortunate to work on the cutting edge of technology, often being the first to market new solutions.
In recent years he has specialised in launch and development of bespoke solutions for major customers using Microsoft Unified Communications. Being at the forefront means discovering challenges and coming up with solutions that others have not yet experienced such as Global DID Management, Dual forking Gateway Solutions, IP Hard Phone Solutions and many others.
Am was a key part of the team that implemented the most complex Enterprise Voice solutions in the market using Lync and Skype for Business.
Patrik is the co-founder and Operations Director at Resonate. Patrik holds a PhD. in field of Telecommunications and has more than 10 years of experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration Solutions. In past, he acted as SME and was involved in large scale telecoms projects for Fortune 500 Companies focusing on the transformation of legacy infrastructure to new cloud-based collaboration services. In his current role, Patrik manages the Slovak branch of Resonate and is managing the support organization that provides 24/7 services to our customers globally.
