Phone Number Provisioning and Management Solution

Are you looking for an easy way to provision users with a phone number? We have built a workflow and application that does just that, all using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your users can:
  1. Easily request a new phone number, make a change to their existing phone number or dial out permissions or remove their phone number
  2. Built-in approval process – can be a manager or IT. The approval process has full visibility on where each request is in the queue
  3. Assign Voice Policies, Custom Dial Plans and a Phone number based on a Country or Site
  4. Reporting on Number Availability and License Usage
  5. Admin Application to process ad-hoc and bulk requests manually

Voice Quality Insights And Actions Solution

Big Data is the buzz word recently and we are inundated with data. Making sense of it? Now that’s the challenge. At Resonate, we have developed an application that processes the data, gives you recommendations and can even automatically action them!

For example, if a site is having poor quality calls, the app will flag this and can automatically open up a ticket with the relevant network team to investigate automatically providing them with the data.

Or you have a user that is consistently not using a headset, the app will flag this and you can IM them with some recommendations.
