Resonate provides a managed SBC (Session Border Controllers) service for customers who are looking to use our expertise and experience in managing SBCs across their business. The SBC’s are arguably one of the most critical components in the overall voice solution as they provide the voice routing intelligence and integration between the major components in the voice environment like SIP, PSTN, Location Based Routing, legacy system integration and analogue integrations.

Features

Our SBC managed service has two options, a standard service and fully-managed service.

 

  • The standard service includes 24 x 7 x 365 support, reactive incident support, incident triage, software and firmware updates and remote SBC monitoring
  • The fully-managed service includes the standard elements and also includes proactive incident support, monthly service reporting and an assigned service manager
